This is our general housekeeping tasks we complete for you on a regular basis.

Anything extra not included with general cleaning is at the bottom of the page. 

Extra services are however included in our twice-a-week, one time & move-out flat-rate cleaning packages, except laundry & bed-making services for one-time & move-out. 

When booking your ap​pointment please inform us of any additional or extra cleaning services wanted.

General Housekeeping:

​Clean outside of cabinets (polish)

Clean cook/top stove surfaces

Wipe down all of the appliances (polish stainless)

Wipe down & disinfect (cleared off) countertops/sinks/backsplash

Disinfect bathrooms, all door nobs & all light switches

Clean inside of the microwave

Load dish washer & start (do not unload/put away)

Clean exhaust fan/hood

​​Clean bathtub(s)

Clean shower(s)

Clean and polish sinks & (cleared off) surrounding areas

Clean toilets & surrounding area

Clean reachable mirrors

Dust all (cleared off/reachable) surfaces

Remove reachable cob-webs

All accessable floors cleaned / hardwood floors polished

Vacuum all inside carpets

Vacuum furniture as needed

Empty garbages into main house garbage bin(s)

Clean reachable ceiling fans

Clean interior sliding glass door

Dust/swiffer under beds (no items will be removed)

Beds made (no sheet replacement with general service)

Clean inside reachable windows (up to 4 with general service)

Extras: Take out garbages & recycling (2 bags max), Clean out fridge/freezer, Clean non-self & self-cleaning oven, inside reachable windows, mini-blinds dusted, window tracks cleaned, floor boards spot cleaned/dusted, doors spot washed, walls spot cleaned, bedding changed/beds made, wash/dry & fold laundry service (up to 2 loads)
